Where do animal parts go if you kill an animal on the road and can't carry the remains?

It's not like killing a thief? Where do thief parts go when you kill a thief on the road?

On the windshield?

Assuming all roads in cantr are uphill both ways (makes sense, because cantr society is on the whole more technologically primitive than ours, and thus is likely to be like what our grandparents experienced walking to school in the mornings), they just tumble aaaaallll the way back to where they started.

Now we just have to implement snowstorms, and have schools several locations away, and I'll be able to tell my grandchildren about this
