Hunting

I used to know this and I can't find it anywhere on the forums so apologies...

When you are hunting, if you hurt an animal 10, then the following day you hurt the same type of animal 10, is this cumaltive? e.g. are you eventually going to kill it or is it always not going to be enough to kill it?

I'm fairly sure it adds up, the same way you can hurt a character. Characters I've had have been able to kill animals eventually even with rubbish hunting skills and poor weaponry.

You always attack the most wounded animal in a pack. Some of them have a whole bunch of hit points, though.

Thanks guys, I was hoping my char wouldn't starve, with a bit of perseverance they'll kill something then.
