It was fish...now its just blank. Maybe there was going to be water added for the fish to swim in?

Just because an area has water shouldn't determine if there are fish there or not. So this sounds more like a bug.

There was fish in Pak before. When I get a chance I'll look into the entry. Seem fishy (going for the lame pun award).
