Note copying

All of a sudden when I try to copy the note I just a blank -- note in my inventory instead.

Set encoding of the note you're trying to copy into UFT-8 before copying. ASCII notes result in failure.

Sometimes when doing that the title of the note gets truncated at the first "special" character. Is this a known problem?

Yeah, it was mentioned in that announcement Doug posted a while back. Maybe if you edited such a note, it might get saved in UTF8 without being corrupted.

I thought that message said that the content was truncated, not the title. But I can remember wrong. :)

If you have a note with " in the title, it gets truncated (the title that is) when you try to edit the note. Doesn't matter if it's already in UTF-8.
