Do you really not see a point to it, or are you just trying to keep arguing?
If the first holds, then I will gladly explain to you, that you certainly need a minimum number of characters in Cantr to get somewhere, and the spanish are a minority. Teaming them up with other languages should be appreciated, rather than frowned upon.
If the latter is true, please stop. My first reply was just meant to answer your question. It was not really meant to open a discussion.
Apart from that, talking english is not allowed, if you started a spanish or a german character. They only know their own language. If they get taught a different language by another character, it's a different thing.

LOL, yeah we Dutchman are a nice bunch, no?
Other than that, I think it is actually quite fun to play the problems of communication when you don't speak the language of many people around you. And if more people apply with Spanish characters, there are soon enough large enough groups to play with. And it should be kind of fun to have a city in one language, with a large minority in another. Like real ethnic politics ... Try to see the fun roleplaying challenge of it, instead of just switching to English ...
