sparring question

Postby Marian » Fri Nov 03, 2006 7:10 pm

If you hit someone at like 10% does it give you the same amount of pracitce as using full stregth?

I'm just asking because I'd like for my guards to practice everyday, but it kind of defeats the purpose if something happens and then they're all to exhausted to deal with it.

No. Amount of practice is directly proportional to the strenght used.

Improving fighting skills was already next to impossible as it was...

see above thread - they will get tired doing these things but will (peacefully) improve - It's mid priority but relatively easy (once RD design the objects)

Okay, another question that's sort of similar. Does dragging (or trying to drag) improve your strength at all, or is it just completely untrainable right now?

It's currently not trainable other than hitting something (Animals or people)

Oh, okay, I didn't realize hunting and fighting helped it, I thought they were seperate.
