Too new to be removed?

The project you are trying to remove is too new to be removed.


I got that message when I was trying to remove one of those nice friendly borderline CRB buildings from a jail. I don't think I've ever run into it before, was that something that was just added? And what's the reason for it?

Not new, from memory it is a five day wait before someone can remove a project
