Personal Questions

Postby N-Aldwitch » Tue May 23, 2006 10:19 am

I have so many questions for the members of this board which have rung in my mind since I started posting... which wasn't long ago! :P

Hallucinatingfarmer,
1) Are you male or female,
2) Does your name refer to an occupation a druggie undertakes?

Pie,
1) How old are you,
2) Why do you post so crazily!!
3) Where are a couple of your characters in Cantr??

Chris Johnson,
1) How long have you played Cantr,
2) How'd you become a GAB member??

Cookie,
1) Age?

Deadboy,
1) Is Gohanez still alive?

Dee,
1) Do you live in Egypt or have you moved?
2) Does your family practice the religion you weakly or strongly believe in?

Hellzon,
1) What nationality are you?
2) What country do you reside in now?
3) How many languages do you know?

Marian,
1) Boy or Girl? (wanted to know for some time, I thought you were a girl by the female name, then somehow I thought you were a boy somewhere along the tracks, then a guy again?!?! I'm so lost!)

That's all. I know some questions MAY be intrusive but it's interesting to learn about my fellow forumers.

However, please don't feel oblidged to reply, and please if you feel the need, reply in a PM if you still want to reply.

They're just a couple of questions burning on my mind which aren't in the Profiles.

I don't mind personal questions! In fact, I LOVE personal questions! You can ask whatever and I will happily answer :)

1) I live in Egypt, have always lived in Egypt, have no intention of living outside of Egypt. Unless I get married my husband's job requires him to go to another country.

2) I strongly believe in Islam, and yes, my family does strongly believe in it as well. Except for my dad. He is a muslim, but only in name, sadly. He does not pray, does not fast... But he is a very good person, but praying and fasting are the very basics of the relegion. My mom has been a strong believer ever since my sister died. And to answer a question that you might want to ask, we don't wear Hijab (veils).

And now, my questions for you:

1) How old are you?
2) Where do you live?
3) Do you believe in any relegion?

Thank you :)

1)Does it matter?
2)My name refers to a very old internet nickname I had, way back when my e-mail address used to be hallucinatingfarmer@thesheeporgyonthemoon.com - I am not a farmer, never have been, never will be, I'm a London kid to the core. As for drugs; been there, done that, still doing it, but a lot less often then I used to.
I only used the hf name here as 'Nick' was already taken. I dropped the hf nickname years ago, mostly I go by Cooper when I'm online anywhere else.
Whoever you vote for.

To satisfy some curiosity I've decided to give you my answers to Dee's questions - the ones asked of me I find way to intrusive

1) No I've never lived in Egypt - nor visited - I'd really like to as well as Syria, Jordan & Israel. The breadth of history (both ancient and modern) is something that appeals to me .

2) Yes - in that my family as a whole don't really follow any religion , Bought up Church of England but not baptised, married to a Catholic but non-practising. Personally fascinated by religion (of all sorts) but a confirmed non-believer

To answer mine;

Yup, Gohanez is still very much alive and has no intentions of dying any time soon. He is now the First Knight of BHw, and has been for a few years or so

Ok, lemme pose a question, this one's for Bear.

I've always been in belief that you're a guy, because of the name. But how on earth do you play women so well? Are you a lady after all?

And now, my questions for you:

1) How old are you?
--16
2) Where do you live?
--Australia, Melbourne
3) Do you believe in any relegion?

Nope. I was ... what ever it is, dipped in some wierd liquid at 8 years of age- yes, someone had to pick me up and dip my head in the water.
I strongly regret not buying a gun prior to the event and fighting off the blind fools.
Each year, I know you may find this a little distancing, but each year I move (not slowly, rather rapidly) away from the belief of religion, and each year I find more and more reason NOT to believe in God.
In particular this year, Philosophy Unit 1/2 has opened my eyes and I am angry. Well... not really, just angry at the idiocy of society. Which may in fact, friends, be a reason why I hide away in the trillions of I's and O's that resemble the thousands of pixels on my screen, in Cantr.
Odd. Came from talking about my religion to Cantr.

Anyway, I ... well, my family encourage Christianity. I mean- I believe in the moral ethics it suggests, ie no killing, be fair, do this, blah blah, cut off my hand if it sins, etc.
Minus the last one.
(but at school someone read a prayer that said 'If you sin with your hand, cut it off'... I was like... O.. kay... now I'll back away slowly from these sadistic Christian fanatics...) (but sat still...)

Did I trail off too much? Sorry.
I'm actually not that sorry... But Oh well!

SEKO!!!! *screams loudly and runs over*
How could I forget you?

1) Where did the name SekoETC derive from? (I've wanted to know that for ages)
2) When did you start playing Cantr?
3) How many cows and puppies have you seen in your entire life?
4) On a similar note, how many puppies have you strangled?
(you can't beat my record... NONE!)

I've explained this before but "seko" is Finnish slang for wacko, derived from sekaisin, which means mixed up. That's also the name of the second one of my two initial characters, because he was (and is) a bit nuts. When I joined the forums, I was thinking it's best to use a name that connects to my characters, but since more were being spawned, I included the et cetera to acknowledge the others too. And since usernames don't often accept spaces, I used capitalization to separate the words.

2) When did you start playing Cantr?

Day 809.

3) How many cows and puppies have you seen in your entire life?

Uncountable amounts. Cows from train and car windows and some puppies from close distance, not many though. If pictures are included, the amounts go even higher.

4) On a similar note, how many puppies have you strangled?
