Bedrest, its advisable!
I dont know what the current system is for bedrest, but does it heal your damage noticably if you rest? if not, then i think it woudl be good to implement.

Yes, but wounds heal over time, and bedrest helps in RL so why not in Cantr? it would really help in places with not much healing foods. it wouldnt have to be fast, and it would improve RP sometimes. Having to rest because of a bad wound. if you have 99% damage you cant just keep going can you?

All the more reason to introduce bedrest! Its common sense, if there is a system of slow healing, no matter of its condition, then it should be accelarated by inactivity, rest, in a bed.
