Layout codes??

Hey, I saw how some people put pictures of there caracters in notes, and i supposed they used layout codes like it says in the main text befor a note, can some one tell me how to put a picture in a note?

This information can be found in the turn reports

"if you want to upload a picture (or other multimedia content) to the server so that you can use it in a note, please send it to pictures@cantr.net"

Send it as an attachment to Pictures@cantr.net and they'll send you an Html if they don't mind you putting that pic in game.
