Wooden Planks...how about Steel Beams?

Postby TatteredShoeLace » Wed Aug 17, 2005 11:16 pm

I searched the forum and didnt see a post so here goes:

With the introduction of steel beams, large steel ships and large steel warehouses could be created. This also leads to smaller, simpler things like railroad track, fence posts, etc. I'd like to see steel become a part of a building if someday I really will need to repair my Shop.

i dont like this idea much. Steel is a hard enough to get and to make it COMPULUSARY to have in life is unbearable, moreso to people who are starting a business from a cottage made of wood and competing big companies with massive reserves of steel. It discourages small businesses in my opinion

It wouldn't be compulsory any more than it's compulsory to build a hall or a galleon.
