Wouldn't it be nice if a character could run for some limited amount of time which would have some penalty in terms of fatigue.

That would be "kind of" nifty, although there are far bigger problems and more important things needed me thinks right now :(

This thing has been suggested before and now with tiredness implemented it could actually work. First you start quickly gaining tiredness and when your tiredness bar is full then you would start losing health. Would help both with chasing people and escaping from people.
