CR Breeching Note in Kwor

CR Breeching Note in Kwor

There's a note titled "rafto" asking for characters to bring wood to the lake to help build the raft called ... rafto, and saying thier character is muka.

What it's doing at Kwor, I got no clue. The only copy of the note I saw is in my inventory now.
Reality was never my strong point.
