Just give it a little time. Just have to wait for an administrator to get online and evaluate your account to make sure it isn't a multiple thing. Anyway I would suggest reading the background information on the site so that you don't break the capital rule.

Yeah, the one thing I didn;t say to you on IRC (between all of those times I told you to wait and be patient) was to read the guidelines and rules.

And these forums.
