Applications Process

It would be helpful if there was a notable difference, while accepting/refusing applications, between an already existing account with a name and an already existing application with the name.

It is often confusing and misleading, as is. People who apply more than once are not accepted for some time, if ever, as we have to manually look into these cases.

This would significantly help the Players Department with the applications/refusals process, especially with the recent email problems relating to player's user names and passwords.

I know my brother in law applied but has not heard back yet and he is upset but hey... oh well. LOL. I think he would just go around trying to kill people anyway so it is good. LOL
