Time Reset?

Postby Kirillov » Tue Jun 01, 2004 8:15 am

Uhm... My 200 minutes for today just vanished without being able to do anything...
As this leaves one of my characters in a rather difficult situation, is it possible to restore them?

See, I *thought* I logged out yesterday, but since the site was reeeally slow I left obviously too soon, only to find my player screen open today (with 0 minutes left, since I had used up all my time yesterday. Yeah, I'm new...)

I refreshed that page, just to find that I was still logged in. Another day had come, and I had 200 new minutes to play (it said onscreen anyhow). So I went to check on my kinda urgent char which had been left in the middle of something. And pftzzzzz... There they left, all 200 of them...

My player # is [Edit: XXXXX]. Can anybody help?

(Sidenote: I think maybe there ought to be some kind of session timeout, max number of minutes spent between accessing pages, so this won't happen so easily again...)

You should probably remove your account numbers, dont go giving those out freely.

Tks, done.
(I thought only the game database knew the significance of that number anyway?)

Is there any hope? Should I ask someone elsewhere? players@cantr.net?

Thank You, Thomas! Very much appreciated.
Somewhere, someone would be eternally grateful if he knew you...
