Is the clock running slow?

Postby bnlphan » Wed May 22, 2013 6:24 pm

I have just returned to the game so excuse me if I'm missing something, but I noticed the clock is running really slow. Each second is taking about three seconds actually. I've tried to search the wiki etc to see if the time standards for the game have changed but cant find anything.

thanks,
Brian

Did you search for "time" on the wiki, or what did you search for?

Searching for "time" brings you directly to the above linked page. Searching for "hour", "minute" or "second" takes you to a search result with the above linked page as the top result.

Any suggestions on how we could have made this information more available?

One confused person in ten years isn't a bad run. Doesn't it give the time specs right under the game time? (at least it used to, I think)

Actually, two confused people. See the thread just below this one....

No changes necessary, I think.

Maybe something like "1 Cantr second equals 5 RL seconds" could be added? I remember being quite confused by the statement as it is now when I started.

I was veeeery confused too, mostly with the 1 day is 8 hours... And I remember answering a lot of people asking the same.

The only part that I wasn't sure about, at first, was how long a day was.
