Tattoo and Body Marks

What about you can make Tattoos with needles or Body Marks? You say with what they look like and they can't be removed (or you can put a figure on your character description). And what about making that in a fight (PvP or Player Versus animal) any character can lose a body part (like a leg or a arm)? And if yes what we be able to make wooden leg?
