Missing events?

Hmm, this just started but was reported to me by another player and now I'm having the same issue. After checking a character that has just lit up, events are not changed, no new events are showing though the characters are lighting up like there should be. Very odd.

Just noticed it . Same happened to me twice. And I spoke to someone but I can't see what I said.
