Also, when we are going to get rum? I'm sick and tired of beer, that is not a good sailors beverage. I imagine you are trying to figure out if you should use the pot still (since the rum at difference of the other alcoholic beverages you made does need a pot still) but I think it shouldn't be so hard to do, some sugar, lot of water, fermenting it into a bucket, passing it into the pot still and finally into the cask.

Ultimate angry chef weapon
Simple, I'm tired those people who can't wait to eat stole my freshly baked croissants, and I want the doughroller be a weapon
something like the big pot in amount of damage.

I would love to give the doughroller a hit value and weapon skill.
Note for chefs that the wooden spoon is a sparring weapon, with damage less than a fist, but just in case it hurts, it is also portable storage to hold a sip of your favourite healing beverage.
The debate, and delay, about liquor it seems concerns the morals of people who think there should be consequences for drinking, like damage from weapons, etc. You go ahead and llight that fire if you want....

Well, in the debate about drinks you should know my opinion: drinking alcoholical beverages shoud increase the drunkness bar, and it should act as the tiredness bar, delaying your work, attack and drag. However, I'm very well aware about the cantr dynimics and when I say I want rum I say that I want it as all the alcoholic beverages are now, only with healing values. I would like to see in the future that it actually makes an effect on the char, but so far I'm happy with roleplaying it. Also would be a good use for the pot still, since you made it with a pourpose that never has seen the light, and problably never will have a good use. And finally, right now I will change the name, at least in spanish, of the cheese press for "press" like it or not (I love to give a damm about collective decisions
). Also the pot still uses can be implemented for whiskey made of barley, bourbon made of corn and vodka made of wheat, but I know if I press to much RD they will just say no, so I only want rum, for now.

No, I agree all the distilled beverages should be done the same way, and at one time, once approved, like we did for the cask-fermented ones. I also think enough people already roleplay drunkenness that a mechanical effect would only serve to thwart that, and not be very interesting to anybody else. Regarding the 'cheese press' there is some db issue in renaming machines, so I can't do anything about that, though you must know we in RD surely noticed when we gave it new use.

Well, I think a good hangover after celebrating your pirate assault and not be able to focus in twining your sinew string will make rp more easily. I know we manage to rp drunkness very well, but I would like after I'm roleplaying drinking my drink actually could reduce. But, as I said before, I get settled with what I have. About the press, I'm changing it's name too in english, since Rd has so much problem to do it, for a translator is easy.

The English name should reflect the entry in the database. All of the automatic updates to the wiki use the database names, not LD defined names. From what I recall, we are planning on changing the name to press, but I believe Wich or one of the ProgD needs to find the time to go through and change all of the existing cheese press projects.

The tavernkeeper (now retired) of Puerto Capitanes has always used a broom to keep away the hungry stalkers.
About liquors: I think they could make the character miss some events, till at 100% he won't notice anything going around. It could be useful when you got that character you want to forget about some time, you won't get highlights on the main page, also people seeing its drunk may think twice about interacting with him if he can miss what they said, gave or did to him (or maybe go for it, if their business is of the bloody kind).

Alcohol is something that's been accepted and is now being worked out in RD and ProgD. We don't need to repeat previous discussions, like:
