I dunno if this has been suggested before or not, but I think it would be kinda cool if you could carry people in your back...maybe it could put em in your inventory or something, I dunno. Or maybe carry someone between 2 people down a road. It would really help for those wounded people, who can't walk as fast...

The problem is that a person weighs considerably more than 15 kilograms, or even 30 kilograms. Also, how would the objects carried by the person being carried be handled?

That'd be nice to be able to carry/hold someone, or carry a body, likely with at least a few people working together. One of the problems is how unbalanced the weight system seems to be.

I think there should be a "carry" option right next to the drag option. The requirements would be the same, but the only difference is that the events would show the person being carried rather than dragged. Sometimes chars need to move their friends. Even if you go out of your way to say *gently takes hold of John's arm and carries him inside*, everyone still sees that you have "dragged" the person. The point gets across usually, but I've seen chars get offended because they took the dragging for what it was as an event, rather than a situation where a friend was "carrying" them.

Hey Programming Dept., would it be possible to basically copy whatever is involved in dragging, and then just change the word drag to carry in the appropriate places, while keeping the number of people needed the same and such, then put the carry button next to the drag button?

I think this would allow someone to kidnap another person, like a person of power. hmmm, I like it.

well, it would probably require the person's consent somehow, because unless you have a bunch of people, you don't just pick someone up...

Best kidnapping device? A van. One of my chars had plans to do something of that sort.. but when he gets back to Quillanoi, he will find the person to whom he wishes to do unspeakable things is no longer among the living u_u. So much for revenge. Oh well, that'll be the second person to wrong him and then mysteriously die ^___^ He'll think he's god or something if this keeps up :D
