Communication Problems

Postby Skandrannon » Wed Apr 04, 2007 3:55 am

Call me a newbie or whatever you may, but I seem to have trouble communicating something.

I'd like to let some people know that I'm new to the game and that I can't strike people yet, but they want me to hit someone else as sort of a...test of strength. I was just wondering how to communicate this without going out of character.

I'd just like some people to give some general support in this area.

Also, I was wondering when I would be able to strike people.

You must wait a few days after starting a new account before you are allowed to attack. I do not remember how many days, but here are a few threads relating to the subject:

As for explaining the situation, there are a number of things that you could do. Saying things such as "I am new here, please give me a few days until I feel up to it" or "I don't think I am really able to do so at the moment. Let me try again in a few days" or any number of other things would probably suffice.

It really doesn't matter what you say as long as you try to keep it in character. Something like "I just created this account, and the game won't let me attack" will not win you any friends, and should be avoided if at all possible.
