Cantr Hour 2 Boat Ticks

It seems that lately (at least the past week to week and a half) either the boat ticks don't happen or they're delayed within Cantr hour 2. I can think of 2-3 times that I definitely noticed them not happening at all, and once I noticed it was delayed. Just wanted to say something about it, in case it factors in the down time we have around that time every day.
