Boat freeze up

And maybe you will have to email or pm some details (account ID) to the ProgD or RD in order to solve your problem.

A boat which is not moving doesn't have docking targets updated - You will have to start the boat moving and wait for the next sailing processing (every 3 hours) for docking targets to calculated

i had began to sail around the location i wish t odock to and it says im close to no place i could dock

Did turn of sailing happened? You have to wait up to 3 hours to have dock locations updated.

To reiterate what I just posted.

Your boat was not moving (it's speed was 0) so no docking will be available. I notice you have now started your ship moving - If there are any docking targets in range they will be available after the next sailing processing
