Decay changes???

Postby Racetyme » Wed Feb 21, 2007 4:58 am

So, in my long absence it seems I missed something important. Decay is now based on use? When did this happen, and how exactly does it work?

It's based on both, really. Mostly focused on use now, but things still decay very, very slowly now over time. It's nice. You don't have to worry about something crumbling away too soon unless you use it a lot.

How much use does it take to wear something down?

Would be nice if decay was also based on the skill of the person who made / last repaired an item. I don't know much about the specifics - is skill already a factor?

I don't believe it is in the game. Search through the suggestion forums, it's in there.

That can be found in the wiki for each item. That info is again mostly up to date.
