Just trying to make a note a little more presentable, and easier to read.

I noticed <body> doesn't work to change the note's background colour.

Is there some way of doing it?

Make a table with 100% width, then change its bgcolor.

Yup. That's how I have seen it done, and with beautiful results to some Spanish notes. :D The lack of creativity in the English areas can be very depressing sometimes.
