Cantr II is not currently available. How bad is it?

General out-of-character discussion among players of Cantr II.

Does the server work the way you think it should?

Not at all! I'll quit this game if the problem is not solved now!

Similar to the slow-page loads (last two: 109 seconds, and a total lie at 21 seconds when it actually took well over five minutes), the unavailability is really irritating.

It's bad enough when, at about 1540, you get told the server is being backed up at that time. But getting that same message at 2300 or 0900 is somehow far more irritating than just a blank page, because you know full well it can't be true.

So yes, I hate it when that happens. More often, though, it just runs slowly, and that, for me, is the bigger issue. "Unavailable" is maybe 2% of the time. "Slow" is about 70% of the time.

It is indeed frustrating, but I'm lucky enough to be able to play in various time slots.

I hate it - and find it extremely frustrating ....

We are aware of it it and have been looking at a wide range of possible solutions - see in-game message (if you can log in ) for a little more info about game unavailability.

It doesn't bother me, the game's free. If it demanded a fee then (i wouldn't be playing it) i may be more bothered.

Well "hate" is a bit strong, but it is decidedly irritating, so this is the nearest available option.

It is bothersome, but I just go with whatever it gives me. I can play at different times as well. That helps a lot.

Quite frustrating to me when I am in a hurry, but "I'll play later" when not.

My prefered time for playing tends to be the lagest one.
I prefer the "not available" message more than waiting 20 or 30 seconds each click (that makes me consume all the Cantr time while doing almost nothing)

I personally don't mind. Its a free game, with ALOT of stuff you can't find else where. I see it as worth the wait here and there.

Most of the time I have no bother at all, pages usually load in less than 10 seconds. Perhaps one day a week or less it'll be slooow.
Now if you guys could sort out optimizing my life so I'd have more time to play

Less than 10 seconds? That's actually a lot for every click you make on Cantr, though that's why I usually do something else at the same time.
