Can a "personal seal" tool be created that allows individuals to put their unique seal on notes. This would be a way of "signing" a document. It should not be possible to copy or remove personal seals, even by the owner. The seal should include the users name, spawndate, spawnplace and the year of use.
It could be argued that personal seals could also be placed on equipment. Not as important as being able to sign notes though.

Such a device already exists in game - You can create a tool known as a a Seal which can be used with sealing wax to make a unique mark on notes. The text used by the Seal is set up by the creator and is unique - no other seal can use the same text
