Vehicles inside Ships

I would like to know (I searched but could not find any info) if it is possible to go inside with a vehicle like a bike or motorcycle inside a ship, and then take it, for example, to another island...

Not yet, but it is a suggestion that has been accepted, and one supposedly that the ProgD have been working on. See:
