RotD -- Grrr.. it's a fast day for me today (no food or water). The worst POSSIBLE time for them to pick for me to move 4 label printers, 4 desktop scanners, and 3 100lb. cassette printers, with the concomitant crawling under the desk, plugging in ethernet cabels and power cords. (They're renovating the pathology accessioning area). I go home now??

RoYesterday -- dryer repair guy tells me that repairing the dryer would cost more than buying a new one. Thanks for taking $95 to tell me that. Went to Sears (luckily still in their after-Xmas sale) and picked up a new one. They Installed it today. Still to go -- oven repair guy comes Monday. Although, don't know why we need one, since, with all the repairs we've had over the last year, all we'll be able to afford to eat for the next 12 months is Ramen, anyway....

I've applied for several places to get a trainee spot for april/may and the chef from one of the restaurants called me today. Said he's available the whole week when I'm coming to Oulu, so I can call him when I get there and set up an appointment, we'll have coffee and chat. That sounds like a nice sort of an interview.

I'm sick, but I don't look sick...and it's starting to get irritating trying to explain to my husband that I don't feel well enough to do some things. He thinks I'm using it as an excuse. If he could live just one hour in my body I swear he would never complain again. Sorry, I know it's not the best place to air this out, but I needed to vent before I chopped off his head.
