No problem! I wasn't meaning to address that question about dung to you. :) More of a "has anyone done any 'scientific' studies in-game to figure this out" sort of thing. I do know of a few chars who suspect dung to be unhealthy and treat it with the same urgency as a dead body.

I've been on a cataloguing and mapping spree today. It's too bad none of my living characters are cartographers because I really need a proper outlet. I guess My Documents will have to do.

One thing that really annoys me about Cantr is the dynamic dots. Like, on the location map. When I'm trying to make maps and the dots change position with every little bit I move, it's really difficult to gauge exactly where they are (none of my living characters has a sextant, and the one that did starved). You can really see this on the Treefeather and Cantr Island location maps because they move against the dots that were drawn into the terrain map.

AND IT'S SO FRIGGING ANNOYING.

Also, so many maps I've seen are old. Like, back before-grass-was-in-all-grasslands and when-water-was-a-raw-gathered-resource old.

I know there are active map-makers still going around, but replacing the world's supply with an updated map takes time, and I don't know if it's even possible anymore, with the old maps being so common.

I have a character who'd like to explore and make/update maps, but... she seems to be drifting into sleep and I don't think I can revive her.

That said, I have a character who, if she ever gets off the island she's on, may discover that's something interesting for her to do.

It is, but only if map is much better than the previous one ;)

Someone updated the map of my char's island and there are lots of people very happy about it! Map makers are great. I should go and throw praise at a few of them. :D

Something is really annoying me right now, but I can't say a word. :x

That also would include Polish folks and - depending on the time of day - it could be quite active in Polish cities while sleepy in English ones.

When you have no plans for a 3-day weekend and Cantr is dead quiet (damn all you people with lives!) then go to work Tues and Cantr is busy as ever. I even altered plans for a couple chars thinking they'd have more interaction over the weekend.

I'm usually active during the weekends but I'm often going out as well. So it's mixed in my case.

I noticed many chars are talking about things a cantrian can't know and I am staying silent to not be rp police, though it is slightly disturbing me at times.

Do it! Question those otherworldly people... I would..

Aaaugh! There's that moon again! Let's throw stones at it until it goes away...

Why wouldn't there be a moon in Cantr? Or maybe four moons? What's wrong with characters seeing a moon? Or howling at it?

But then again, I only have one character who sees the moon... and he's a nutter. :D
