Something was wrong. The per location caps for the leopards and sabers was set much too high. It's been fixed now.

I've also removed all leopards/sabres from all locations in which I can see characters as compensation for the error. That won't stop them from migrating in, however.

Sounds good. Maybe my char will survive now, but collecting bananas to heal some 70% inlury is gonna take like 70 days.
