This time of year I am feeling completely dejected due to a mistake made. A choice that has left me with no choices. One that has effected other lives. Now I must stand up and say "I don't care" when the truth is that I do. I do very much. But non of that can change the series of events yet to unfold. It is Christmas time, yet it's meaning and purpose is lost this year. I have tried to shout in to the darkness, but no one seems to hear. Or do they and not care? I guess I must go this road alone.

So I went to leave for work, running on 3 hrs sleep, one instant coffee and a lasting alcohol buzz. I pull out to see a speed camera on the road opposite my house and can't help but laugh. These cops have some hilarious timing.

I'm like Jesus, you want me to do an alcohol test after a ten day bender on a beach with copious alcohol, poker, pool floaties and bop-it? This is going to get messy quickly.

I still can't believe I'm going to get paid (as in day job, not freelance) to do promo video, trade show gear, global adverts and photography. I'd do this shit for free I love it so much!

Yeah, I know how lucky I am. It's the one company in the world I wanted to work for, too (apart from second life, but they don't have an office here). So I am very aware.

Went to the crapper, dog was in the walk way... went to step over her and she woke up, hitting my leg... went to get my balance and I SHOVED my toe under an end table, peeling off a good chunk of skin.

This band-aid isn't going to stay on, either. X|
