NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

We were 2-1 up, 90th minute and I was basking in it, certain we had won, and then the England defenders do the most -rubbish- defending I have seen in my life and we drew 2-2!

Valsum, you couldn't be seriously celebrating that Spain has beaten Tunis.

It have been already a shame that Spain was assigned to an so easy group. You were in the next round from the beggining!

@#$%&^!!!  :x :x

USA's out. Yeah, it was expected, but man... a bad penalty call turned the whole game on it's head. Grates on my nerves...

Welcome to the world of losers... its bittersweet.. but at least you can criticise the other teams and the whole tournament with 'we'll never win' kind of attitude!

It's worked for England supporters for 40 years!

Now that Brazil match was good! Robinho's play where he got past like three defenders.... only to be mucked up after Ronaldo was too fat and slow to get to the ball..... was brilliant.

Ronaldo did play well though, you can't really complain about two goals ;)

Being a Boston Red Sox fan, my sports mentality is awash with the idea that even "We'll never win it anyway" attitudes can be overcome in one glorious tournament of destiny, when all the stars are in alignment and the proper sacrifices have been made (after 86 years...)

What DOES suck however is that I'm in a small minority of American citizens who actually care about soccer (football). If we never care about it, we'll never win. (Though we've come closer than the UK recently, haven't we? We should've beaten Germany and made it to the Semis in 2002; they know they got a gift. That's right I said it!)

Belive me, caring about soccer does not help. We have 40 million people in our country, soccer is almost our national sport.

Poles managed to win silver. Once.

Now the TV shows the match which taken place in 70', when we stopped england, over and over again.

Bleh.
