Could do with some text to demonstrate readability... I like the idea though!

Is there really a point though? Anyone who's checking their characters is goingto know how wounded or hungry they are, and anyone who's NOT checking their characters isn't going to see red screens or grey text anyway.

It can be easy to forget small wounds....

It would be nice if the change for hunger accompanied the removal of:
1481-1.19: You are hungry.

Marian, the wound meter is on a separate screen (as is the hunger meter, but you'll probably go hunt for food as soon as you're hungry). So even if you check your characters, you might not see that the char is near death.

Phalynx, eh? Let's not remove the notifier that you're hungry and screw over any colorblind players, thankyouverymuch.

Man, I'm turning into some "protector of the handicapped". Sorry about that, but I don't want any text to disappear.

Ah...I only clicked each button once and didn't notice any change. If I click them several times, there is a change. :oops:

there should be an option in the options for choosing that option. LOL I hope that made sense.

Sorry I don't mean remove the text, I just would rather it was not an event that shows up on the main characters screen, the same as when all my characters eat...

Especially when you're on a slow connection, let's imagine this, you're in a big town and there's a big bunch of events, it's a busy day. Someone hits you with a sabre out of the blue but you skim over that event and don't bother to check the bars since they're on a separate page. Damage and hunger should be more notable. But the next step will be testing with a whole authentic page taken from Cantr to see how it goes in the natural environment.

You mean it shouldn't light up the char in the character list? I don't like that either, but I can stomach that reasoning, at least. ;)

I would not like to see the enitre background color of the page change. There's an icon in front of the character name. It is shown a little small, but could be shown larger. If it won't be too much more difficult, icons on the character selection screen could also be changed by the below suggestions:

ImageNormal face shown when both damage and hunger are below 50 % (this is the cantr normal icon).
ImageFace when either damage or hunger is over 50%.
ImageFace shown when either damage or hunger is over 75%.
ImageFace shown when either damage or hunger is over 95%.

That's a pity. I can see what my characters are doing already on the main page. The icons give a nice extra touch but give no additional information. The colored icons that represent closeness to death do.

I agree with you, of course there is nothing to stop you having two sets of icons for a character is there?

Yep, I like those colors and I think that this could be combined with current set of icons.
