Except if you use age verification or a credit card which means even most of theADULTS can't see it! (Is bitter to those so-called free porn sites that require a credit card only for age verification.)

 Did I really say that? Damn! Ok I haven't been checking porn sites for ages, besides there's "the only bookmark you need", though many sites claim to be that, I stick to the yellow one if I get desperate enough. Seriously it's hard to find good porn, most of it is just garbage. Guys seem to get turned on by anything that's round. Soon someone will figure out to make a site that portrays just melons in pairs and cash millions.

Are the votes added in this like they were in the first topic? That doesn't make much sense, seeing that giving someone a vote of 1 is for not-so-great playing, yet it actually helps the player by giving them a point. Theoretically, someone that got only 5s but only a few votes could lose to someone receiving a lot of 1s. Averaging the scores would make more sense.

(I'd vote, but I haven't had enough interaction with any of these characters to give them a fair rating.)

mikki wrote:Alright.. Time for the new contest. Since there was alot of different views on the first topic we have made a new one to make it fair for everyone (including those that do not rp intimately). This contest will include everyone.

Just like the other contest, this contest will involve two players. They will be judged on past, present, and future RP.. That is to include any and everything that these characters (dead or alive) have done. This contest will last for 5 days only. At the end of that time we *being either Sparkles or myself* will count the votes and post a winner.

Now the voting scale: 1-5 5 being the best RP and 1 being the worst. Do not base your votes on whether you like the player. This is STRICTLY RP SKILLS.. DO NOT be afraid of hurting their feelings with your vote. They can handle it.. If you want an example of how the voting is to be done, look at the last contest that was done (( RP Contest! (Sore lossers and sensitive eyes do not enter!!) ))

For anyone wanting to join the next contest send a PM to either myself or Sparkles stating your characters names and if there is someone in particular that you want to go up against.

Good point, but that would ignore the contribution from the total number of votes. Should the competition reflect the quality of roleplay, or the quantity of quality roleplay? I could see it both ways.

Quality! An extremely well-played character in a very small town with maybe one player active on the forum is just as good as a well-played character in a huge city.

Well to settle the dispute I propose there be 2 different totals then. we can have to total number of points for all together then it can be averaged out by character and then added together as well.

But as your 186 IQ mind should know, if it's a tally, then that really has no bearing whatsoever on the quality of your RP. It's a guage of how many people know your characters.

An average would be the mathematical way to find how well each player RPs, on the average.

...in the biblical sense of the word "know ", to judge by he reaction I got when I suggested reproducing some of the dialogue! (Anthony would win hands-down, by all accounts! )
