What goes for evil in my characters tends to be a more callous, cold and objective approach to life, with an ample sprinkling of ruthlessness in order to achieve their aims. I've only got one character like that right now. Generally my chars are calculating, but not overly unkind.

Kroner you are definetly missing out. I once had all good chars. and living that life was fun for me, but as some of my chars lived there lives they wanted more and quick so they became evil. Believe me, it is an experience you want to feel. My chars. just loves the rush.

One of my characters framed and murdered his best friend in order to advance, it went well. I only have a couple other "evil" characters but it's hard and ridiculous to be evil/violent to everybody even with those, bad guys need friends too after all.
And making a killer trade can be just as exciting as trying to wipe out a town.

Wiping out a town isn't really smart evil. If the townsfolk have any brains, you'll be cut down quite soon...

The only way you can hope to get away with it is if you've got a decent gang or if the peasants are too dumb to run...that happens a lot. I mean, pirates can't kill you if you don't stay around...

I've got one char that is PURE evil and has survived about 30 years of being so, one that is an opportunist and will do whatever benefits him and his travel companion the most, and one in development. I also had one other really evil char (Lunatic Larry) this has been dead for a good while.

I had one (Maynard) that is perceived as evil by many people, but that just depended on what "side" you happened to be on, everything he did was for Krif's benefit (not perssonal gain), he just crushed some toes on the way.

Oh, yeah, the "Lady of Klojt" also, but that was because the chance was there because the townsfolk left weapons and keys laying around outside for 3 days and I tired of looking at them.

Oh, yeah again, and Howard of the Potates, but he wasn't evil persay, just "special".

Well I only had 1 character who had to do a bad thing, but it wasn't really his fault. He was afraid of getting charged with murder so he grabbed what he could and skipped town. I am not positive, but I think the town was completely oblivious as to what was taken. Ever since then he has tried to be good, but the urge to take again has remained. His true test will be in the town he is at right now. The people there like and respect him, but they openly leave doors full of resources wide open.

As for the "Ladt of Klojt" that my characters fault. He was mainly running the town at the time, but died of inactivity. Shame I liked that character.

Well, who are the two people that think they are so good at being bad that they have over 10 charries who are bad?

I would really like to here how you manage. Are they all alive and well?
