I'm not thinking of quitting, but I've been kind of bored with the game in the past couple of weeks, so I might be culling some of my characters (although certain ones like SV, JM, AM, XMMcG, SK, AO and SR are going to be safe from any cull). Might cut it down to six or seven characters.

With classes and the medical problems going on with my daughter among other things.. I'm gonna be cutting back on quite a few chars, so for those that are close to mine.. and it happens to be on the list, I do apologize. I'm not quitting the game yet, but there are more important things that I need to be doing other then playing the game. Anyways.. again I do apologize if one of the ones I am getting rid of happens to be someone close to one of yours.

As you all may have guessed from my I AM posts and the Dead Character thread, I'm down to 9 chars on my list. One I don't play at all (but is still alive because people keep feeding her), three I play very minimally, and the rest I put some effort into. I think seven is my ideal maximum char number.

Well… After months of thinking about it, I finally did it. I guess there’s a time for everyone, and mine had come. A mixture of less time to play along with a general apathy for the game drove me to make this decision. It hasn’t been easy, though. Three rl years is a long time, and I still was (am) very attached to my remaining chars, the ones that survived the continuous cutting down I’ve been doing the last months. I already miss them, and the fellow players whose characters brought me so many hours of enjoyment. To all of them (but for a few exceptions, most of you know who you are) thank you, for giving me the chance to open the cage around my mind and helping me to set my thoughts and imagination free. I came here with empty hands and the only desire of escaping a reality that was just unbearable (and I escaped it… oh yes, how I did!) and I leave with a full baggage of experiences, some amazing rped stories, and a few new friends, including the most incredible best friend ever, and an amazing new sister.
It’s been a pleasure sharing this experience with all of you.

And to my characters….

Kuroa Jun (Spanish) – You tried so hard to get over Iron’s death… but we both knew that you never could. When his fire faded, the cold began to take over you, and in the end… everything froze. I hope your last wish will be fulfilled.

Claire Moon – My little crazy Claire… as inconstant as the moon, unpredictable as the ocean you loved so much, with such a passion within that it, more often than not, exploded making a mess of everything that was around. I know that your soul will stay in that ship forever, making all the booze to disappear.

Dante Nurfort – Even when you were always surrounded by people, you died like you lived: alone, with just the beast within as your sole company. Just one understood your true nature in the end, and despite she chose another one to spend those last moments, that brought some warmth, right? Now… you won’t be thirsty anymore.

Sabela Starlight – Insanity was insidiously taking over you… or not? Did you really see all those things in the end? I guess we’ll never know. But you left with so much of her love that that darkness couldn’t reach you, and now you soar free amongst the stars.

Seda Sidewinder Crossroads – My dear Seda… it’s been so hard to break apart from you. Your will to live kept me here for so long, but we both knew that your time had finally come. You lived a long life, full of experiences, and you shared your last moments with one of your most loved ones. The purple was always so beautiful, even when it was tinged with the red of rage. Now… get on that kite and go to the clouds. Someone is waiting for you there.

Fayden – Okay. I know how pissed off you are right now, and I know I’m the first in your blacklist, but… could we sign a truce, if I give you my word that I’ll continue your story out of the game? Oh, come on, don’t look at me like that. I know that gaze, I –created- that gaze. Uhm…. *watches his half smirk* What… what do you have in mind…? With….? And with….? Seriously???!!!! Oh, yessss…..
