Thinking about quitting.....

It's a shame.

Most of my characters have settled into a boring, town style situation. After christmas I've had no desire to play them. It's a shame because my first mass cull was because I was overwhelmed by the amount of RP required to host 15 chars, but this time is purely because they now bore me.

So I think I'm keeping one, maybe two chars soon. Otherwise I'm starving them all, which isn't really a fitting end to most of them.

It's a lot better keeping a small amount of characters. I did the same thing, took on too many characters and Cantr became a chore after awhile. I hit the X and killed them all. Now I only keep 6 characters and no more, it isn't an all day thing to take care of them anymore.

Yeah. I now have it at seven, but it seems that now except for my main one person (Also my first, woohoo) there's possibly one or two other characters I might keep around, but that's purely because I hear a lot about their roleplay and have experienced some of it myself.
It seems that I have no desire to do the whole "work for the town, get stuff" routine again, and again. It isn't fresh or fun anymore, so I might as well play with cool people.
Then ever since these holidays, I've had no desire to play any others, and I think it's possibly because of some I dont want to play any of them. it sucks but YOLO.

I finally got rid of one, several weeks ago I starved him. The day I got the email I logged on and did some stuff, and that lasted maybe two days. Now I'm back to logging in just enough to keep from timing out. It's not fair to the people around my characters, I know. I just have no interest left in this game anymore since school and band and other web-obsessions made themselves more important. I should probably just unsub now. Or at least cut down to no more than two characters, probably two that see just a little activity. I dunno. I have a hard time with all of that, though, since starving it so anticlimactic. I have several chars whose stories are over and just need to be done away with, but just can't for whatever reason. Those should be the first to go imo. But it's so haaaaarrrrrddddd.

You know what's really hard? Getting the people around them to let them actually die.

Bloody hell. Still haven't had the amount relieved.

Though now that NDS is here things like that could change. Though, if you're in NDS you can just choose to die right then and there if you're on.

It was one of the hardest choices I've had to make and after breaking the addiction I had just found no drive anymore to play to the level I wanted. Those I had characters with deserved alot more than I could give and well, hopefully now they can move on to find that. It's been fantastic playing with so many people.

Crap, it's Friday, which means 1/2 the players are out having a life and not playing, leaving my character to grieve all alone until Saturday, when I can't play.

I hate to see you go. I've always enjoyed your characters.... even as far back as when Adamski was stomping around Karnon:)
