Is the current way "tiredness" works simply too much to take?

Yes, I really can't stand it and it's ruining my game.

:evil: I hate tiredness. How the hell is man ever going to beat the boars if we do less damage each time... They don't seem to get tired from their random attacks. And its stupid that to men (fully rested) can drag a dead body once, then have to acquire a 3rd person for another dragging. It's just stupid...

Even crazier is when one man can drag three bodies by himself and then be unable to do so a fourth time. Course he always was a bit of bruiser.
