Hey, hey, now I got it! (Since I stumbled on to a site that sold religious leaflets and I was all huh?) We could make the rules appear in a comic strip form! :D Then people would have fun reading them and they wouldn't skip. Ok the game being text-based creates a little problem but maybe...

Really think that was a new player? Since in my opinion he knew the way of cantr far too well.

Rev, Programming Department is already aware of how to fix the ToolTip's. However, they've yet to get around to it because there is a LOT to change in order to fix this.

Very true, Anthony, very true.

I blame Microsoft as normal. It is their fault after all, for not following the HTML specification correctly.

Couldn't you run a reg-ex find-replace of some kind on the whole thing?

Everywhere you find <alt="*****">$$$$$$$$</alt>, wrap the other around it. (in fact, just insert <title="*****"> before <alt="*****"> everywhere, and </title> after </alt> likewise)

I'm sure I could write a program to do it in not much time (a few hours, probably), and I suspect that if you know what you're doing you could use a pre-existing utility for the job.

Don't ask me, I don;t touch the game except as a player...

I do know though that even for a small dynamic website, it;s not as easy as you might think.
