Re: banner
Duh is an American expression meaning:
replacement for the sarcastic retort, " No Kidding! " example;
" Hey, the Sun is bright "
" Duh! "
I said you should have said that because the helicopter part was amusing and the others should have known that.

This, however, is the English for "I do not feel what you said is deserving of a worded response".joo wrote:...

I'd just use the current text, cut the helicopter engine out or change it into something else (if I remember right they are actually unmanufacurable now) and change the last sentence to "NEVER TRUST YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION" or something along these lines.
Pretty in pink.

That sounds awful to me. Are you serious?

Re: banner
Well, yes, but my sense of style is far from perfect when it comes to English.

Re: banner
Eh, I'm not one to judge.

Maybe I should also change "MMORPG" to "PBBG"... MMORPG could be misleading to someone accustomed to the common concept of an RPG, but then, the "RP" part does need to be emphasised and "PBBG" gives no indication of that.

Re: banner
How about something a bit more "educational"?
2565-5.07: You notice a man in his twenties you haven't seen before.
2565-5.07: a man in his twenties says: "Hi my name's Albert. What is there to do around here?"
2565-5.08: You say: "Welcome Albert! *smiles at him* Read the local laws on the note over there. Besides that you can (same as before).
2565-5.11: Albert (a man in his twenties) says: ... (( He now has a name ))
...and so on.
Personally I'm not so fond of the slap and all caps at the end.

Sure, but I'm not feeling very creative so you'll have to fill in the gaps there.

Do not forget the actions: take, drop, read note... And I love that slap.
Cantr II is a social simulator. What is not working is due a problem in the society.
Cantr is like Vegas - what happens in the game should be in the game.
