Anyways, that makes sense now. I think I'm a better fighter than the guy I was dragging. Thanks for the info.
I study mechanics of games I play, that's what I do.
The more inner workings of it I know the better to which I can play when the situation presents itself.
As for why combat plays a role... well if you think of it in pure terms of reality.. You've to fight someone off before they can drag you. If you're worse at fighting, they might win... and you're dragged.
Also, tiredness and woundedness effect everything except travel time, I think. Not to mention that the latter also effects the former.... which probably means that woundedness doesn't have an effect on things at all but rather the amount of tiredness from being wounded... does.
