Make it more Generic

How about we make a couple of grades of Marker/Signs which would basically be an note that could not be picked up, edited or moved. These could be used for grave markers, memorials. Also they might be usefull for posting local laws, advertising goods or services ect. This way other people either thru neglect or malicious intent could not pick up or modify the contents. It would be nice if theses could be copied (to a note)directly, since picking them up would not be an option.

Some possible grades might be...

Wooden Marker, Small Stone Marker, Large Stone Marker, Obelisk

Otherwise a good idea but what if they get outdated or you make a stupid spelling error? Rather than uneditable, there should be an option to set a project for changing the text (requires a chisel or some other tool). They could also be destroyed using a sledgehammer (project similar to lockpicking).

Well, in a few towns i visited, they built stone buildings and named it after the person who died.
