Google for dinosaur feathers.

I googled it before my previous post, and I saw nothing that suggested that all dinosaurs had feathers. The fossil record suggests that some dinosaurs had feathers. The fossils that show evidence that may be interpreted as feathers come from one part of China. In contrast, dinosaurs in general left fossils on all continents, including Antartica. We have no evidence that all those other dinosaurs had feathers.

Well I found this article that says they aren't really feathers but "frilly structures". I didn't read it that closely.
