There was no point for you to make. I will bet you anything that it is your actions, disrespect and lack of care for any rules or boundaries in game or over the forum/IRC that is causing your problems. I am sure that if you politely asked any staff member, they will verify this. You just dont want to see that you are the cause of your problems, not everyone else.

Yes exactly and that was the same thing I was explaining to him in my previous post at the beginning of this thread.

I think at least part of what they're saying is that it was your fault in the first place, and it's your fault with your disrespect, language, and rudeness that you are still blocked. That's just what it sounds like. And whoever said something about his lack of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, here here.

(And what's wrong with being a Yankee?)

They did set up rules, you were supposed to wait until they allowed you back into it. I've heard you talking about it every time you posted a topic almost.

After reading through this thread and also other recent threads posted on the forum I think I'd like to make a personal statement.

As a member of the Game Administration Board I am privy to all the work that is done by all Cantr Staff and I must say even to this day I am still amazed by the high level of professionalism which ALL staff members show and the great effort they give Cantr in their respective roles. There is not one out of the current 74 volunteers who help run Cantr who I have any issue with in how they do their jobs. The same goes for many of the retired staff. I personally am honoured to work with these people and it is a joy to see how these players are willing to devote much of their spare time to help make Cantr a better game for all players.

In my 27 year working career I've worked in several different types of organisation such as the British Army, Multi-national technology companies and small business as well as on industry bodies and think I know something about professionalism and the unpaid Cantr volunteers are just as professional as the best I've seen.

Are freedom-of-speech, staff-bashing rants and flame wars the newest and coolest fad?

I'm tempted to believe so.

No, not a fad. It's just that the type of people that get off on that typically don't play Cantr. buddy must have escaped from Virtual Online Wrestling. Staff bashing and flame wars there are quite normal.
