Why?
Because people with long and/or thick hair need water pressure in order to rinse thoroughly. Your water-efficient showerheads don't provide that, so we end up spending thrice as long in the shower.

i would like to take a moment to thank the players for their amazing RP, for their sweet, kind chars that take care of mine, and simply for being a reason why, after three years of cantr (maybe four?...) I am still hooked to it. Thank you.

And while I'm at it and have a minute, I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff of the Players Department and ProgD, for being so awesome and for constantly giving us reasons to log in, and so much clarity when we don't know the way. thank you.

How dare you have happy thoughts in the Thought/Rant of the day thread. Just kidding... I enjoy your contributions to the game as well... I think we have a few characters who play together (I'm not 100% sure on who, but I have a few guesses) and I find interactions with them to be thoroughly enjoyable.

Sitting at work, and watching spiders turn into cannibals.. -That- was the highlight of my night.. Who knew watching something that terrifies you, eat one of their own, makes you giggle so much?

I just realized... whatever the game uses to set the skills/strength of a given character, did so exactly how I would have liked for one of mine.

I've got a girl whose idea when I was spawning/planning her was "fox", and... it turns out that not only is she 'weaker than average' but she's also a good hunter, fighter, and fisher.

Now, the thing about foxes in stories, usually, is they're not the strong ones. They're the tricksters and the clever ones. So when my character's got skill but not strength, and then the fishing lets her get a food source that's fairly wild-seeming to me... I am pleased.


I just realized that this may be spoilering one of my characters if anyone reads this who's in her area... but I don't really care whether people know my characters are mine or not. *shrug*)

A few newspawns I created, I instantly thought it was a mistake to spawn them, while a few are off by themselves, no doubtedly going for "the walk" Others have become active with actual Rp. Darn myself for creating them in the first place.

A freaking stupid wasp that just will NOT stay out of my room, no matter how many times I shoo it back out the window! WHY ARE THEY SO STUPID?!!
