And that would have to be a Capital Rule Breach as the official Unnamed Ones are on another island than Lake Village. Unless you are talking about something different.

I dont know about that; it was a woman that called herself "unnamed one" simply because she didnt have any name. So we helped her choose one.

Well tircqi has always been a bit on the strange side, it just has it's dead periods. There are a few certain people that stir the rest of them up and it gets quite interesting for a while, and then gets dead again.
