Pdddddddingdingdingding dong bong bong bong pdddddddding bong bong.....

We have an MTV-like music channel here called TheBox. The Crazy Frog commercial is broadcasted about every ten minutes!!! With the other two "music" channels (TMF and MTV) broadcasting a lot of dumb shows (Ashley Simpson, urgh.....) it is very hard not to get suicidal.

Anyway, the commercial is broadcasted every ten minutes on TheBox and also regularly on other channels. That must cost a lot of money. That means a lot of people actually buy one or more Jamba ringtones. Crazy Frog is from Jamba and they have more annoying ringtones, like something with a chick (like in young chicken, not a hot babe) a party bee and some reptile.

The things people earn their money with these days.....

by "Funny Garbage fun i meant fan of course... i presume the slapping would be for dodgy spelling rather than making an honest comment?... Nah, i'm just kidding... you're allright :wink:

Ok apparently the other figures are invented by other people because I read that news clip and it says the Swedish guy sold the figure to the mobile company.

But first there was a purple hippo called Jamba who's fat and in the commercial he slaps himself in the arse in one point... It's addicting to watch. Then there is a rhino and a tiny yellow bird and a devil. I don't remember what those are called. But I see the commercials at my ex-bf's because he has MTV.

The purple hippo was also bought. The hippo's name is Kozo. It used to be an internet commercial for some 3D designing company, showing what they were capable of. The music the hippo dances to is originally not a ringtone, but "The thong song" from whats-his-name.

I think the fact that your a Garbage fan has definatly swayed the argument about your Sex to the female side... i don't know a single male garbage fan! Though saying that i must be about the only male Hole fan... though it was my GF that got me hooked... Damn her dirty grunge loving ways...

There is a resistance movement in Sweden too! So don't blame all of us... Personally, I blame the germans for their bad influence... the most sold song in sweden right now is some sort of crappy german children's song. Schnappy or whatever the f*** it's called

No, Schnappi is German, although the song was very popular in the Netherlands and there has also been made a Dutch version. Nevertheless, the song and the cartoon are German.

And the song is nice... as long as you don't have to hear it ten times a day.

I truly detest this new "ironic" way of doing things that all teenagers today think is cool. Spending time watching crappy movies and listening to annoying music just to be ironic...how stupid is that?

And if you think you got it bad in the rest of the world...imagine the damn ring tone commercials in Sweden. They sometimes overlap each other...the horror! :lol:
