breach in Djorf Hills North

Some stupid newspawn is running around destroying all the notes...that, in itself is just an annoyance, but the following is an outright breach.

1165-3: Manaka - WANTED (a man in his twenties) says: "*laughs* thats funny."

Weird. He got strangely cooperative all of sudden. Did somebody talk to him that fast or did magical angels descend from heaven and show him the error of his ways? (Hopefully right after picking up his keyboard and slamming it over his head a few times...:P )
